Taiji

 

Graceful slow martial movements & relaxed meditative breathing combined in traditional Taiji routines designed for both health and subtle self-defense applications. Includes bare-handed routines and tai chi sword routines. Tai Chi is a recongnized form of meditation and is a wellknown CAM health exercise regimen recognized to bring decreased aging and greater stablity for seniors.

 

Shaolin Kung Fu Academy offers Taiji classes on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings. Currently, the main class is working on the Yang 24 Form, the 32 Sword Form and the empty-handed 42 form.
