Shaolin Basic I - V

Knowledge of the 18 Movements of Traditional Shaolin, current level forms, current level Chin'a and knowledge of the Tenets of Shaolin Kung Fu, with more than 3 months practice, having passed the exam given by the instructor
Shaolin Intermediate + Knowledge of the 18 Movements of Traditional Shaolin, current level forms, current level Chin'a and knowledge of the Tenets of Shaolin Kung Fu, with more than 1 year of continuous practice, having passed the exam given by the instructor

Class Type

Traditional Shaolin Basic stances, kicks and fighting techniques, as well as traditional barehanded and traditional weapon forms

Long Fist (Int'l Competition Style)

Standardized competition routines with main focus on improving speed, flexibility, agility and power

Tai Chi

Graceful slow martial movements & relaxed meditative breathing combined in traditional Taiji routines designed for both health and also involves hidden, advanced-level self-defense applications. Includes bare-handed routines and tai chi sword routines. Tai Chi is a recongnized form of meditation and is a wellknown CAM health exercise regimen recognized to bring decreased aging and greater stablity for seniors.
